Dean Porfirio Goes Global

Dean Porfirio will be spending extensive time in the Republic of Finland in Europe as a guest of the Ministry of Education. In June of 2010 the Ministry of Education has extended an invitation to Dean Porfirio to tour a number of secondary and higher-ed institutions within the country. Finland, which boasts the highest academic achievement within the western world, is also one of the most heteronormative and homogeneous nations on earth.
